On August 26 we joined patients, prosthetists, physical therapists, physicians and advocates from around the country to stand up against the proposed lower limb prosthetic LCD policy. Our director of operations Ashlie White and patient advocate Dan Sheret were joined by Brittany Stresing of Limbionics and Stella Sieber, director of the Triangle Amputee Group in Baltimore for a public comment meeting and Washington DC for a rally in front of the HHS building. You can view full album of photos over at our Facebook Photo Album and watch a short video of the rally on YouTube. If implemented this proposed policy will severely limit access to care for our lower limb prosthetic patients. We are dedicated fighting for the rights of our patients. Please contact Ashlie White at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about the proposed policy.
